We totally get it because we feel it too —finding time to set intentions can feel nearly impossible, especially when you’re in the transition between trying to stay present in a busy holiday season and finding that spark of motivation at the start of a new year. 

We’ve seen (and experienced ourselves) how life-giving it can be to lean into a pause to reflect, with the intention of getting clear on what you want to leave behind and what will really align with you moving forward. And yes, we absolutely understand that finding that time for personal growth when you're so used to just trying to get through the week is well... tough sometimes. 

If having some dedicated space to focus on YOU and all of the ways you can pour into your cup as the new year approaches, we'd love to stand in your corner and help you define what feels most deliciously meaningful to you in life and make it happen.

Life is constantly about coming home to ourselves again and again.

We built this 80-minute coaching session to be your space to feel that momentum build and gain confidence about steps that actually make a difference as you create your vision for the new year ahead. We truly believe everyone deserves this time to invest in themselves, and want to help you feel understood and motivated as we ensure you're getting the value you're looking for in our time together.

Think of it as a simple but powerful way to put yourself back on your to-do list in a way that may redefine your idea of “to-do” list altogether. When we operate from a meaning-centered and values driven lens, it helps us cut right to the core of what makes us feel full and alive and lessens the noise and task list. If things start feeling like a task, it’s a flag to get curious about how we’re relating to what’s on my list or how we might need help in what we’re seeking to accomplish.

And after that 80-minute session? We recommend a quarterly check in after your first session to honor the natural way things shift, grow, and evolve but know these are conversations we can have as we get to know YOU and your unique goals. Our goal is to help you leave your 80-minute session feeling a clear path forward. Whatever helps you stay grounded throughout the year is what we’re rooting for!

It's totally normal to have more questions. We got you. Check out some frequently asked questions below:

  • Absolutely not! We are welcoming in anyone working with a therapist or coach at MT, along with anyone who has a curiosity to chase more of what they want in life. So basically, this is for everyone! We never want you to feel like you need to have pre-work done or any type of prior experience in therapy or coaching to get the most out of this time.

    Our intentional new year sessions are an excellent starting point to your coaching journey if that's something that interests you. It can also be seen as a one-off session to compliment your support circle with a boost of momentum and a feel for what working with a coach is like.

  • Although our life coaches typically work via our online offices, we’re excited to offer sessions both online and in-person from our Houston, TX offices and virtually. Our coaches will be traveling into Houston between December and March to create that comfortable space for anyone looking to experience their coaching session face-to-face. We CAN'T WAIT to meet you!

    If you’d like to schedule for an in-person session,  these sessions are more limited based on specific weeks of travel, so if that's something that catches your eye be sure to jump on their schedules!

    You can book sessions both virtually and in person by reaching out to our team in the way you prefer here. We can assure you that the same warm environment is available in any format that you feel comfortable with, and our client platform will get you all set to enjoy a great video session if that's what you choose.

  • Our intentional goal setting sessions will be led by both life coaches Beth Anderson and Jess Woloszyn. Both of our coaches work with individuals and relationships, so if doing this with your partner is right up your alley, we're so here for it and welcome you both to this space!

  • First of all... LOVE this ambition. Nope! You can book your session in December if planning ahead and leaping into that first step with full commitment energy is more your style. We're happy to meet with you ahead of January so you can start taking action sooner, or feel grounded in areas you might want to further carve out in those beginning months of the new year.

    This is all about what calls to you, y'all! We love and support it all the way.

  • We'd love that! Trust me we completely get that time is scarce and this is an investment. If you’re just wanting to focus on getting the most out of your new year intentions for the year, we recommend following your first intentional goal setting session with quarterly sessions to revisit your plans and adjust to the way life is moving and evolving for you.

    If you find that this really speaks to you so you would like to shift into our regular coaching sessions, we are available to meet as often as weekly if that's feeling good to really commit to your most intentional year yet. Your coach can support you in getting scheduled to what works best before you leave your first meeting together. And if you want to make sure a specific time slot is yours in 2025, feel free to let our team know to get you scheduled when you reach out.

  • The cost of your 80 minute intentional goal setting session will be $280 with Beth and $264 with Jess. You can always find our most up-to-date session rates here

    If you feel inspired to expand the work you do together, sessions can be booked with either coach at the following rates:

    • 50-minute coaching session with Jess ($165)

    • 80-minute coaching session with Jess ($264)

    • 50-minute coaching session with Beth ($175)

    • 80-minute coaching session with Beth ($280)

  • We're all about being proactive. If you know you're ready, feel free to reach out now and find a time between December and March that would align well with your schedule and motivation. Our team will help you get set up with everything you need, and answer any questions that pop up along the way.

  • Yes you can! We get it, life is busy and sometimes we don't know what the new year might bring. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and kindly ask that you let us know of any rescheduling preferences at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a session charge.

    Once you get set up with a scheduled session, you'll also receive your coach's contact information to make it easier to email or text them directly for this reason or any others that may pop up.

  • We hear you!! Truly, you're so seen in this. Even the most ambitious people (aka hi, us all the time) can fall out of habits, routines, or put off the things that matter most to us when we're trying to balance all the roles life surrounds us with. So this is your exhale moment to know there's absolutely no judgment here.

    What you will get is understanding and empowerment to find ways to take action, set daily intentions, and stick to what you want to see in life in the way that works for YOU. That's something we've found to be the key for so many people. This isn't a one-size-fits-all program by any means, and as we get to know you, we can guide you to use your strengths and the lifestyle you like to live to your advantage.

  • If you're thinking "I literally cannot close my eyes that long", "it's impossible to turn my mind off", or "I'm anxious sweating thinking about meditation," you're not alone! Our visualization exercise is SUCH a powerful tool to find the aspects of life that really matter to you AND we completely respect your boundaries if you'd rather a gentle approach to this intention setting portion. We're here to listen for what helps you get the most value out of our time, and you can trust that we'll lead with our own intention of making this space somewhere you can feel completely at ease and inspired to pour into yourself.
