What does a health and wellness coach do?
Coaches provide guidance and support to improve your overall well-being and sustainable change. I became the coach I needed, and every day I get to see the impact of self-confidence, self-trust, and self-love in action with every driven individual I get the honor of working alongside. Feeling like nothing I did was ever enough, filling every free second with productivity, navigating a corporate career where perfectionism and people pleasing were rewarded, and trying to grasp any sense of control I could to manage the stress and anxiety that lived rent free in my body; that was me. As I took pride in how hard I could hustle, my body and mind were sending me every sign that I needed to slow things down.
It took constant fatigue, serious hormone issues, and an inability to be present or enjoy life to realize that overexercising, living on caffeine, and controlling my relationship to food was crippling my health-- all before I turned 30. A complete crash and burnout was the only thing that got me to pause and see how serious things were getting, and it led me to a completely different career path as a coach to help as many people as possible intercept this all too common cycle before they ever had to feel the way I did. Working with me is all about leading from a place of confidence and knowing your body better than anyone else, so even as life throws chaos and curveballs your way, you always have a toolkit to pull from to restore balance.
Whether you have a specific health goal or feel that initial curiosity to make a change and need some guidance, I would love to hold a judgement-free and empowering space to lift you up every step of the way.
